Refund & Cancellation Policy – Rajesh Driving School

Cancellation Policy:

• At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a driving lesson.

• Cancellations made with sufficient notice will not be charged.

Refunds:

• Lessons cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

• Missed lessons or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

• In exceptional circumstances (e.g. documented medical emergencies), a full or partial refund may be offered at my discretion.

Late Arrival / No Show:

• If you do not arrive at your scheduled lesson time, I will wait for 20 minutes.

• If you do not arrive within this time, the lesson will be cancelled and charged in full.

Block Bookings (e.g. 10 Hours):

• Block bookings are offered at a discounted rate and are non-refundable once any part of the block has been used.

• You cannot cancel a block booking after completing part of the hours (e.g. after 5 hours). If however you wish to cancel, a £70 admin fee will be charged.

• Remaining hours must be used within the agreed time period of 10 hours.

• Block booking hours must be used within 3 months of the first lesson, with regular/consistent lessons.

• Any unused hours after this period will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
